The 43rd GRC Annual Meeting will highlight Geothermal: Green Energy for the Long Run ‐ as a clean, dependable renewable energy, geothermal energy offers a long‐term solution for the supply of low‐carbon emission electricity. The GRC Annual Meeting is the industry’s largest annual gathering of leading geothermal energy scientists, producers, renewable energy industry stakeholders, regulators, utilities, and key associated business leaders. The four‐day event will offer technical, policy, and market conference sessions, educational seminars, tours of local geothermal and renewable energy projects, and numerous networking opportunities.
Canadian Geothermal Students Day

The Canadian Geothermal Students Day is organized by students, for students. This meeting is the first of its kind to be organized in Canada. It aims to bring together graduate students to post-doc fellows from Canada’s East to West coasts to discuss and share their research projects related with the field of geothermal energy.

GEothermal resources in sedimentary basins conference
Sept. 9-10, 2020
This conference is a “multidisciplinary meeting dedicated to sharing knowledge and insight into the development of geothermal resources in sedimentary basins worldwide.” It includes a field excursion in the Rocky Mountains, the conference, and short courses. The keynote speaker is University of Reno Nevada professor Dr. Jim Faulds.
