ePetition for the Federal Government to Support Renewable Energy Development

Developing our renewables like wind, solar and geothermal must play a significant role in Canada’s plan to be an energy superpower. With the development of pipelines being so prominent in this national conversation, this petition is a firm reminder to Ottawa that developing renewables must also be part of this plan.

With Canada aspiring to become an energy superpower, Brian Brunskill has posted a Petition with the House of Commons encouraging our Federal Government to support the development of renewable energy sources by matching dollar-for-dollar any federal financial support of hydrocarbon infrastructure development. It will be presented by MP Elizabeth May in Parliament later this spring.

If you support this vision for a clean and prosperous energy future, we respectfully invite you to add your name to Petition e‑7114, by April 29, 2026.

Your signature will help demonstrate strong public backing for strategic renewable energy investment in Canada. Please consider sharing this link with colleagues, organizations, or anyone who may be interested in supporting this important initiative. Every signature strengthens the message.
